Since May 2023 I am working as Continuous Improvement / Agile Coach at Decommissioning, Restoration and Reuse departments at Shell / NAM.

Before that, since 2017 I worked at the headquarters of ING Bank Group in Amsterdam at the Global Center of Expertise Way of Working and the Global Transformation Office.

Together with my team I lead the global agile transformation across ING Bank in many different countries, including the Netherlands, Germany, France, Poland, Spain and several others globally. I was responsible for leading the global agile transformation of customer service and the support of local transformation offices.

Next to agile transformation and implementation of agile way of working, as an agile coach and change leader I supported the Management Team in creating high performing teams i.e. at Chief Information Security Office (Cyber Security) where I gained practical agile coaching experience.

Next to my agile coaching role I was occasionally happy to wear ‘a different hat’ (fulfil additional role next to my function) and i.e. supported the set-up of ING’s Hybrid Mode Way of Working and new ING Risk Culture initiatives.

I believe in empowered, multidisciplinary, self-organising high performing teams working end-to-end and delivering what the customer/society needs and wants in a safe, secure and socially responsible manner.

I enjoy building and facilitating large communities. I deliver several trainings related to:

  • agile ways of working,
  • implementation of Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s),
  • cultural differences and leading a diverse cross-cultural team,
  • leadership purpose
  • and many other, depending on and targeted to your needs.
